Now I have the serial number of my device, how can I use that number to know all the specs?

You should be able to find most of the specs by entering the S/N in the box at the link below...

Hi I used the link, I could not find some specs though like the display colour gamut and stuff.

 

Also, about the ram it says " SoDIMM, 8GB, DDR4-3200, Samsung D die

Qty: 1".

Is it 2 rams each of which "4b", or is it just one ram "8gb". Also, would I be able to upgrade it?

You will have to call HP in Egypt to see if they have more details on the info you are looking for.

If the parts list shows the quantity of 1 for the memory, then it is 1 x 8 GB.

 

Chapter 1 of the service manual has the memory upgrade info.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

You can install up to 2 x 16 GB of memory.
