Spectre x360 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Battery on the HP spectre x360 is swelling making the back cover bulge out and the track pad not work. Unable to find a replacement battery at HP. This laptop is only 2 years old. and becoming non-functional. Please advise how I can get a replacement

Open Category Manuals

Find and open the Service and Maintenance manual

Search for "Battery" to find the replacement procedure and part number(s)

 

If the part is not available from HP Parts Store

then

Purchase a compatible battery from your favorite local online merchant.

For example, if you like, check for the part at Amazon.
