Product: HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (78U75AV)
I booked a complaint day before yesterday and I have been provided a case id <removed_Do not include the product serial number or any private information>. But I did not receive any call support of hp yet. Now I personally came to a service centre to Guwahati Assam but they also refused me and said my case id is not sent to them.
now help me please
