My Zbook studio G5 SN: Removed is constantly stuck at every stage, it's got a bitlocker encryption

. Booting normally it's stuck at Preparing.for automatic repair, I have tried everything including recovery disk and third party disk boot, they all keep getting stuck. all the diag shows no failure. Hard reset doesn't help either. No hardware or updates installed to my knowledge. Please help

Hello.

 

I recommend turning to professional help at your local HP Service partner or some other computer shop.

 

This just sounds too difficult to diagnose remotely through this web forum.
