Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear members,

We’re currently facing issues where our laptop is stuck on “Getting devices ready 87%” then 20 seconds later BSOD this happens when the laptop the laptop has rebooted after PXE mini setup.

The laptop is HP x360 1030 G4 and connected to HP Docking USB C G5

This happens if the laptop model has Bios updates after 1.05.05, if we stay on Bios 1.05.05 everything works and no BSOD.

So I’m now starting to think it might be due to the Intel Management firmware as that is the only thing that gets downgraded and that is from version 12.0.90.2072 to 12.0.64.1551.

if you guys have encountered this issue, how did you fix it.

I’m also using these driver pack https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp114001-114500/sp114132.html

thank you for your help
