Zbook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new Zbook and have been setting it up.  It asked me to enable SureClick, so I did.  It then wanted me to reboot which I did.  When it came back up, after a while, it said it couldn't initialize and I should go to support and click initialize.  I did this on the control panel. It says intializing.  The process Br-init-o.exe uses a lot of CPU for quite a while.  Then it slides in a message box that says HP Sure Click Initialization Error.  There are six different Brxxx processes running and Br-init-o.exe is gone.

What is the problem?  Why won't it initialize?

My version is 4.1.9.1290.
