We get about 4 or 5 different blue screen errors. One being a "Service" exception and several others. This happens under Windows 10 and Windows 11. If I remove the drivers, it's fine, but then gestures don't work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and they'll eventually blue screen. I found 19.5.x drivers and same issue. I found some 19.6.x drivers in the Windows Update Catalog but there is no installer for those. And there are no "missing" drivers, say for the SMBus Touchpad, so I can install the drivers with setup.
Not sure what driver I should be looking for in Device Manager to manually install the drivers to.

We get no errors when doing diagnostics. We actually have two separate issues, but related to the touchpad. I forgot that another issue is that on a large scale, probably 50%, the touchpad will stop working for a few hours, up to days, then it will start working again. Then repeat. That is initially why we removed the driver. Once we remove the driver, that stops. The BSoD has been an issue, but not on the same scale. We thought it was just a memory or hard drive issue, but on one laptop, I have been trying to figure out which driver to use, and if I leave the Synaptics drivers installed, it will BSoD within a day of re-installing. Once the BSoDs start, then computer is unuseable until the computer is reformatted. I can't even make it to the Add/Remove screen without it locking up and eventually crashing. All 19.5 drivers cause this issues. 19.6 are unknown because I can't install those.
This happens on Windows 10 AND Windows 11.
