System Temperature (90D) alarm issue in HP laptop

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Power Laptop 15-cb0xx

I was having a faulty system fan and after replacing it, I am getting the "Thermal Shutdown" error every time I start my laptop. The laptop shuts down automatically. The fans are working fine. I have checked for the dust and cleaned vents too but the same error persists. Please help.thermal.jpg
