But the company not yet any kind of initiate has been taken regarding the issue, Today's the third day after raised the complaint, but not any service onsite engineer contact me for the same. 17-11-2025 i have raise the complaint for the no power issue on the laptop (approximately above 9 hours chats, including troubleshooting instructions). Troubleshooting over the chats has not solution.
Issue is : 1- Why HP Support take so much time i have proof above 9 hrs chats timing taken by the HP executive and chats reply comes out 10minutes minimum.
2. till now not any confirmation regarding the issue resolve.
