Your HP Dragonfly G4 seems to get too hot and starts the fans more than usual. A few things you can do right now:
Look in HP Support Assistant for any new BIOS or driver updates.
Run Task Manager and look for anything using too much CPU, because it may be Windows indexing your drive or running updates.
Air vents should be clean and nothing should block their airflow.
To do this, choose “Balanced” or “HP Recommended” when you set your Windows power options.
In some motherboard models, you can vary the fan speeds from the BIOS interface.
If the computer continues to make noise even when turned off, maybe contact HP support, you might have a hardware or cooling paste problem.
