I did a HP System Extensive Test 

Result" "Failed" - Hard Drive 1- Primary HDD Bay

Failure ID GW0F70-83TCNH-MFPWMF-61W703

Product ID: P4Y25PA#ABG

What is the solution to this failure?

I did the test since I occasionally get the dreaded blue screen

You will need to replace the 512 GB M.2 SATA SSD with a new one and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the SSD removal and replacement procedure:

 

HP Spectre x360 Convertible PC (model numbers 13-4000 through 4099 and 13-4100 through 4199) and HP ...

 

Searching by the HP part number for the drive your PC came with, the form factor is M.2 2280.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

A M.2 SATA drive would look like this:

 

Amazon.com: Western Digital 500GB WD Blue SA510 SATA Internal Solid State Drive SSD - SATA III 6 Gb/...
