Hello. I cannot fix the "Attestation" of the TPM 1.2-chip in my laptop, as Windows Defender shows.

While the "Memory" is functioning properly according to WD.

I have the latest BIOS f.67 for my laptop.
In the BIOS, i have already set a password for the administrator to reset the TPM chip, in TPM settings i also I checked the credential reset thing and TPM reset in the OS boxes, but it does not help. I was resetting bios and security settings to default. It does not help to reset TPM module in tpm.msc tool, i tried many times.
My BIOS works in Hybrid mode with UEFI compatibility (or UEFI with CSM as i understand). I can't turn off legacy CSM mode or legacy boot. And I can’t turn on the security boot. My system drive running GPT.
Throughout the history of many laptops where I turned on the TPM chip, it was something wrong on my personal laptop. Why?

Thanks

The reason was found to be the lack of compatibility of some functions of the TPM 1.2 chip with the new Windows 10 operating system.
Most likely, the chip partially continues to function, seems to be, i guess.
There are no warnings in the tpm chip control panel (tpm.msc).
