Hi,
I am using the Thunderbolt Dock 120W G2 on an Elitebook x360 1030 G3.
When connecting my Samsung 4K TV screen to the dock, using either one of the display port connectors with a DP-2-HDMI cable, the image quality is really bad, compared to using the HDMI connector from the notebook itself.
I tried different cables and even ordered a new DP-2-HDMI cable to eliminate the cable as the reason for the bad quality.
Is there any trick to bring the image quality from display port to the same level as from the direct HDMI connection?
thanks for any help !
