HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The battery light flashs orange/white and will not power on. Bios Batterie was down. It is changed to a new. Volatage of Power Batterie is 0 form all PIN zu all others. Laptop without Batterie only with Powersupply does alos not start and the battery light flashs orange/white and will not power on. 30 Second "reset withour powersuply does not help.. When powersupply is connentced beetwenn som pins of Batterrie conector  have 3,3v. I I i i i i i i I -> 12 3 4 5 6 7 8 

1 -> 2   0v

1 and 2 -> 3   3.3V

1-> 4  0v

3--> 4  -3.14v

1-> 5  3.3V

1-> 5 0V

3-> 6 3.2V

1->6  0.04V

1->7 0.19V

1->8  0.19V

3-> 7  3V

3->8 3.09V

Any process to solve the problem?
