HP EliteDesk 800 65W G3 Base Model Desktop Mini PC

Hi everybody,

Currently we are trying to get a budget from company owner to replace current desktop PCs, laptops and workstation which were bought more that 5 years ago. I need your help in compiling technical reasons for the replacement of the following models below: HP z600, HP z800, HP z820, HP EliteBook 8770w, HP EliteBook 830 G5, HP EliteBook 830 G6, HP EliteBook 840 G5, HP EliteBook 840 G6, HP EliteBook x360 1040 G5, HP EliteDesk 800 65W G3, HP EliteDesk 800 65W G4, HP EliteDesk 800 TWR G4, HP Z6 G4, HP Z8 G4 Xeon Gold 6140, HP Z8 G4 Xeon Silver 4114, HP ZBook 15 G5, HP ZBook 17 G5.

For example, for the model HP EliteDesk 800 65W G3 I can say that its processor is incompatible with Windows 11, but what else I can say. We need this budget to replace all above models with newer models. One more thing, most of above models has 8 Gb RAM which is not enough, cause OS (Windows 11) uses 90% of the RAM memory.

Hello.

You are trying to close a multi-million deal but you cannot come up with valid reasons why the client should hand you the money? I could come up with multiple reasons to keep the PC fleet up to date on a big company, but this is a job for your sales department, not for a random guy in a web forum!

I'll help you a little: 3500 computers is a deal where you can get sales and tech representatives from HP to attend meetings with the client and to sell them for you.
