I have a tablet HP Elite x2 1012 G2 , I decided to reset it and restore windows 10. During the reset I had to unlock my finger because I forgot to turn off the fingerprint reader. After the reboot, when it started and worked, I turned it off. Unfortunately, after starting, the reader does not recognize my finger and in no way I can start it or even go to the bios. The password that I set up so that it would be lost, I don't remember it completely and I can't find it anywhere. Is there any way to turn on the tablet and reset the fingerprint reader and password?
