Product: EliteDisplay E243m
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't get my HP notebook to  pick up the camera on my EliteDisplay E243m when it is closed . I have tried download the drivers for the E243m and switching the camera off on the notebook but it still doesn't pick up the camera on the E243m monitor. The audio on the monitor is fine as is the screen .

Any help would be appreciated. thanks ..

Hello

 

you must connect the E243m to notebook via USB in order to use the webcam

did you use the USB cable provided with E243m ?
