Hello,

I have Sure Run installed but in the sidebar i get this notice:

Some items cannot be monitored with the current version (3.1) of the Sure Run Agent

But my version is latest and don't know what to do.

do you mean you installed SP112596 release notes and yo still get the message , even with latest BIOS ?

Thanks, that SP is older and won't install , check the versions. VERSION: 2.0.16.1

I have 3.0.3.1, so the above 'fix' won't install

And yes latest Bios

there are two other softpaqs to try

sp102473 HP Sure Run 3.0.3.1 and sp112815 HP Sure run 3.0.4.1 (so newest)

I would try directly latest.

Did you check what is written in the HP Sure Run portion of "Windows Event Log" ?

The items selection I see in the picture, was set by default or did you enable some items that were not selected by default ?

for my understanding, BIOS has an integrated agent, then there is a software agent running in Windows. both must be aligned. which is the BIOS version of your computer Zbook Create G7 ?
