Dear Team,
This message pertains to case number [Personal Information Removed] We have been following up for the past one months, but as of today, we have not received any resolution from your end. I regret to write this, but it seems we have no other option but to express our dissatisfaction with the service. The experience with HP case number : [Personal Information Removed] has been the worst we have ever encountered. Please note that the printer in question is utilized by our higher management.
