Hi,
It seems that my Thunderbolt 3 port might be experiencing some issues. I am unable to connect to my second monitor using my HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 dock with my HP Zbook Power 15.6 Inch G10 Mobile Workstation. The docking station has worked perfectly for almost a year, but since yesterday, my laptop has not been able to detect any input signal from the dock. I have tested the dock and cable with another computer, and they function properly.
Need support on this.
Thanks.

Hello.
Can you try with another Thunderbolt dock or any other Thunderbolt device with the Zbook?
If you have Thunderbolt Control Center installed, make sure the dock is approved.
Does the laptop see the dock at all? If the Thunderbolt Control Center does not see the dock, either Thunderbolt functionality is disabled in BIOS or the Thunderbolt port is broken.
Have you tried the other display outputs on the dock? Do the dock USB / LAN ports work?
Can you use the Thunderbolt port on your laptop with regular USB-C devices?
Has your laptop received BIOS or GPU driver updates recently that could mess with display output or Thunderbolt settings?
Use only the Thunderbolt cable provided with the dock. It is short and quite stiff but that's Thunderbolt for you.
