Thunderbolt Docking G4 (No USB connections

Dear All, I have multiple HP Thunderbolt docking G4 Docking stations, But after connecting a 840G5 or G6 or 850G5 or G6 laptop, the USB ports are not working, so keyboard mouse or external disks are not working connecting to the Docking station. A840 or 850G8 notebook is working correctly. does someone has the trick to let the USB ports working on aG5/G6 or G7 model.

Steps taken already

Bios Updates to latest version

Firmware for docks to latest version

checked Thunderbolt settings and activated to all devices

Checked al windows updates etc....

These TB Dock G4 (120W/280W) are TB 4 docks and understandably work with HP laptops with Thunderbolt 4. It may also be compatible with any other modern PCs using Windows 10/11, MacOS, or Chrome OS. The dock should also work with any PC using USB-C or Thunderbolt 3, though at a reduced level of functionality.

I am afraid the TB G4 docks are not officially supported on the legacy HP G5/G6 notebooks due to some legacy technologies in the G5/G6
