HP Recommended
Product: Thunderbolt Dock G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to update the docks firmware and it worked except for 1 item, the displayport hub.

 

I get an error:

 

Installation failed. product id not match (0x00000190)

 

All other points completed successfully.

 

Any advice?

HP Recommended

DisplayPort hub can often be updated only if a DisplayPort monitor is connected.
