I have an HP Spectre 13-v001nt - W7R10EA#AB8 notebook and HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 Dock. When I plug dock to charging usb-c port it doesn't work as a dock and not charging my notebook but when I plug the dock to another usb-c it works with all extended ports but not charging my notebook.
Does anyone have a similar issue and solution?
Thanks in advance

Your machine is not on the list therefore it won't work 100%.

THunderbolt requires a usb-c port with thunderbolt technology, which supports USB Power Delivery standard to charge. If the HP Spectre 13 supports Thunderbolt then the dock should work. You may want to check the BIOS to see if there are settings for the usb-c ports that may affect docking and charging
In addition, this is the Business forum, so i would suggest you repost this in the consumer forum for additional help
