HP Spectre 13-v001nt - W7R10EA#AB8
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Spectre 13-v001nt - W7R10EA#AB8 notebook and HP Elite Thunderbolt 3 Dock. When I plug dock to charging usb-c port it doesn't work as a dock and not charging my notebook but when I plug the dock to another usb-c it works with all extended ports but not charging my notebook.

Does anyone have a similar issue and solution?

Thanks in advance

@SeyitAli

The dock is compatible with the following machines

HP Elitebook 820 G1-G2, 850 G2, 840 G1-G2, 850 G1, 1020 G1-G2, 1040 G1-G2
HP Elitebook 720 G1-G2, 725 G1-G2, 750 G1-G2, 740 G1-G2, 750 G1-G2, 745 G1-G2, 755 G1-G2, 1040
HP EliteBook Folio 9480m, 9470m
HP EliteBook Revolve 810 G1, 810 G2
HP Pro x2 612 G1
HP ZBook 14

Your machine is not on the list therefore it won't work 100%.

THunderbolt requires a usb-c port with thunderbolt technology, which supports USB Power Delivery standard to charge. If the HP Spectre 13 supports Thunderbolt then the dock should work. You may want to check the BIOS to see if there are settings for the usb-c ports that may affect docking and charging
