Today I bought HP Spectre X360 from officeworks superstore. I have been told that this laptop comes with HP leather sleeve and HP pen/stylus. I have even watched many videos on Youtube that the Pen is included in the box. But i didn't get it at all. neither the in box nor in the sleeve. Nowhere. I need this pen as I have specifically bought this laptop because of the complete package. Or else I could have gone with Dell XPS 13 2 in 1.

I understand that you did not receive the pen.
Please provide the product number.
I would suggest you contact our phone support in this regard, They will help you.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
