Hello, our company started using new tool to deploy OS, but we are having issues getting touchpad drivers in there, could you share a me a link to the touchpad drivers that should work with G11 models

Does the touchpad not work at all?
The download page for Power 16 G11 does not list touchpad drivers, perhaps erroneously or because there are none. If you can see the device ID's in Windows Device Manager, you can try and search for those and see if Synaptics or ELAN has produced a driver.
If you have the laptop with HP factory installed Windows 11, you can check whether any touchpad drivers are installed. If it's using the HID-compliant mouse driver, that's your route. You can also recover the factory installation with HP Cloud Recovery Client to restore the OS if you've already deployed custom OS, or using the Sure Recover option in BIOS.
The thing is... more laptops are going for the generic HID-compliant driver route these days, and any touchpad customization you may have been used to with manufacturer specific settings app in Control Panel is gone. In that case you are restricted to only the settings there are in Windows touchpad settings
