Product: HP spectre X360 15'
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I bought an hp spectre x360 15 inch 3 month ago in an electronic store and extremly happy with it, however, it is a little bit heavy for my daily life as a student and I would like to change to a 13 inch. is it possible to trade it in?

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

 

I am not aware of HP offering such services. As soon as the laptop leaves the store, its price [real cost] immediately drops severely. You could check with the store you purchased the machine from OR try to sell the device in local online auction. Get the money and buy a new one eventually.
