HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Wife's CPU will not print any more. Has a driver (9010 OfficeJet Pro 9010 Series) I find under settings>Printers that ends in PCL-3. That ending SEEMS to not let printer work. My CPU printer ends with B962EE and it works fine. Suggestions?

You might try using a UPD (universal print driver). You can find it at this link below, select the pcl 6 UPD. Click here
