Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a problem with my laptop hinges due to the bad material and wrong design, and I contacted the Authorized Service Agent in Egypt 5 days ago to ask about the price and availability of these parts with no answer till today.

Can I have an email for an Authorized and Responsible agent to HP in Egypt who can reply to my email properly ??????
