Product: HP 32U Essential Charging Cart

I work in a school, where we have a very large number of HP business laptops, and several HP 32U Essential Charging Carts (Model MN232VS). One of these charging carts has developed a fault, resulting in a teacher getting an electric shock, so it has been removed from use until it can be repaired.

 

I have had two lengthy phone calls with the HP Enhanced Warranty Team, but they tell me that the serial number doesn't come up in their system and they cannot help. I'm hoping someone from HP can advise on how to resolve this.
