Hi @Tony_Czar

install the following drivers

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp151501-152000/sp151701.exe

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp151501-152000/sp151616.exe

This is for the bluetooth, the other drivers I think are from some smartphone that has connected

Thank you for this suggestion.  As recommended, I uninstalled the drivers for Bluetooth and my smartphone and then installed those two patches.  While both Bluetooth and smart phone devices reappeared, unfortunately, there was no improvement in Device Manager.

you can enter in the driver detail and copy the hardware ID here

Thank you for your continued interest.  In both cases system tells me no driver is installed so there are no details to show.

you have to click on the unrecognized driver and then in the details tab click and there in the drop down menu select the hardware ID and copy it here.

Thanks.  Here's the scoop-

BT Sideband device:

     INTELAUDIO\CTLR_DEV_51CA&LINKTYPE_03&DEVTYPE_00&VEN_8086&DEV_AE30&SUBSYS_8B41103C&REV_0001

Digital microphone device:

     INTELAUDIO\CTLR_DEV_51CA&LINKTYPE_02&DEVTYPE_00&VEN_8086&DEV_AE20&SUBSYS_8B41103C&REV_0001

Interesting.  The same.

EDIT:  One hour later...

I googled the result and up came Driver Fusion.  Researched it, seemed OK, bought it, allowed it to do its thing.  Device Manager is now clean!  I don't know yet if my system is fully functional, but at least Device Manager is happy.  We shall see.
