Product: HP ProBook 645 G4 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I am connecting a powerbank that supports Power Delivery (20v / 5a) to Type C port, nothing happens. It doesn't show that my laptop is connected to charger.

Hi,

I believe the machine can not be charged through the USB-C port 

As you can see on page 3 of service manual

USB Type-C (PD+DP, Gen 1)
