Hello.
You can't really identify the keyboard with the information at hand. I'm pretty certain this laptop has a Portuguese keyboard layout, however.
Entering the part number at HP Partsurfer site I'm getting keyboard layouts for UK/Portuguese/Greek. A serial number for the model would show the exact part.
My educated guess for Portuguese is based on the fact that Googling the EAN and P/N I am pointed to Portuguese vendors. Most people in Portugal would prefer the Portuguese keyboard, I gather.
Dragonfly G4 is sold world wide and is available in 35 different keyboard layouts, so I would recommend just asking the seller what the keyboard layout is.
