UK Service Centre

Hi

Can any one tell me if there is such a thing as a UK based service/repair centre please?I currently have to send my laptop for a battery swap under warranty.The UPS courier arrived to collect it this morning but failed to bring a box as advised by HP! H did however have a reurns label which indicated the address to send it back to was Poland! Whay would you send a laptop to Poland for a battery swap? How ever he couldn't take as the label would not scan.He has arranged to call back tomorrow morning with a box as originally stated.
