Hi,

the firmware update to Type Docks Firmware and Driver Version:01.00.10.00 Rev A has ended with an error message: 
Install failed. One or more firmware failed to install.

 

Notebook I used for the firmware update: HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G9 Notebook PC

Docking Station: HP USB-C Dock G5 Essential  (SN: [Personal Information Removed])

 

After the failed update, the network, USB, HDMI and DisplayPort no longer work. Only the power supply still works.

 

How can I recover the Docking Station?
