My HP USB-C Dock G5 restarts intermittently causing network, displays (connected to two display ports) to disconnect and reconnect.
It is connected to a HP ZBook Fury 16 G10 Mobile Workstation PC.
Has anyone else observed the same behavior?

Check in Device Manager that power saving is unchecked on the USB ports.

Thanks. I'll try this for few days and see if it will solve the problem

I unchecked the power saving setting for all the USB ports since I cannot figure out exact one.
But the issue is still happening. 


Just to be clear, I have connected the dock to a network cable, two Asus ProArt PA248Q displays through the display ports.

I connected the network cable directly into the laptop. Now only the displays are connected to the docking station. Still displays get reconnected time to time.

Are there any specific setting I need to change/set in the displays to fix the dock issue?

HP Recommended

No, it should work without updates, but remember that if you use two monitors, you should not use the notebook on battery power; it must be connected to the power supply using the AC adapter.
