USB C port on HP Spectre 15-df0002tx stopped working; how can I troubleshoot; product is still in warranty - should I raise a support case.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the type C port on the computer is not working.


Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.


Have you tested the port with different devices?


Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the chipset driver from the below link and check if it helps.


If you continue facing the issue, then I recommend you run a test on the port following the steps in the below article.
