Product: HP ZBook 15u G6 Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, since I have purchased this laptop one USB has been dropping out. Last year it started to really get on my nerves so I've searched onlive but could only find solutions like BIOS update (on this forum), which I've did recently, and checking that the power setting in windows to suspend USBs is disabled (checked, and it is disabled).
What now?

i would first run HP Image Assistant and update BIOS and all required drivers... the ZBook laptops usually (at least in the US) have 3 year warranties, so you can contact HP directly, in country, if the above does not solve your problem
I work for HP. However, all opinions and comments are my own.
