hi,
recently i replaced a zbook 15 G5 with zbook 15 G8. when i power on the machine, in bios (before windows startup) my usb keyboard works fine. but when i'm on login screen to my windows session, the keyboard don't work. it's connected on a thunderbolt G2 230W. i updated drivers for the pc and also firmware of docking station. but it still does not work.
once i'm logged in to windows, i hear the connection sounds of windows. it connects to ethernet and keyboard ( the mouse is connected directly on laptop and not on TB dock).
i verified bios options, they seems correct to me. i should also mention that when i'm on windows loggin screen, if i connect the usb keyboard directly on zbook usb port, it works fine.
i can't find any solution for this problem. anyone has any idea ? (i already unplugged power cable, and pressed on power button for 30 secs. i did the samething with the docking station).
