Hi,
I faced a problems the notebook failed display and receive charging from monitor. when plug in the USB C cable will not get any respond. Before claimed a motherboard is possible to use. then after 1 month the problems come back. The charging adapter possible to charge the notebook. But when connect to monitor will not get any respond and function. Tried something also no respond and function such as USB C to RJ45 HP , USB C to Headset Polycom, USB C to Dell WD15 Docking station
Tried monitor brand and model is Dell U2421HE, Dell P2419HC.
Tried others port is working.
Tried all the items connect to another unit "HP Elitebook x360 840 G8" is working.
Need help...
