Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dears, I wanted to connect an hold ps/2 keyboard to the ultraslim docking station (2013 model), connected with my laptop HP 820 G2. Previously all was ok on the USB ports.

So I used a chinese ps/2 to USB adaptor (green) to connect the keyboard (purple connector). I made a try and the keyboard didn't worked. So I rebooted several time the PC, disconnected the Ps/2 adapter and powered off the docking station but all the 4 usb ports don't work anymore. Windows 7 or Win 10 (I have two boot option) doesn't emit any signal when I put the mouse or USB keyboard in the rear USB. I checked the voltage and all the dockings usb ports provide the 5volt on the USB pins. The laptop's ports work fine.

I heard that the bios could have disabled the docking usb as protection. I cannot see the bios because I don't remember the password and to recovery it is a mess. Should exists an option in the advanced bios menu to reactivate the usb, I would do a try to recovery the password.

Any help?

Thanks in advance.

I bought a new ultraslim 2013 docking station and the usb ports are still disabled as in the previous one.

No one is available to help me? Some engineer from HP? Thank you.
