Unable to Dispute Warranty

I purchased my HP Envy from Amazon on January 9, 2020. The product description specifically stated that this computer came with a 1 year parts and 1 year labor warranty. Upon checking my warranty status I was told that my warranty began on July 05, 2018 and ended on August 08, 2019, roughly 5 months before my date of purchase. I have followed instructions to dispute the warranty, however I am not being displayed the option in which I can do so.
