One of our Elitebooks experienced a failed BIOS update and was stuck in BIOS update loop.  At this point it no longer even powers on.  There are no sounds or lights at all.  I have been trying for the past week to reach HP Support Chat, but the chat never loads.  I've never had a problem reaching them in the past, as recently as a month or so ago.  Aside from calling them, are there any other options to reach HP to request an RMA of the device?

My issue had been with reaching that site in question, as such your reply was not helpful.  In either case the issue has been resolved as it was apparently browser extension related.
