Product: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (71H61AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
New HP ProBook continues to crash when trying to load Windows. Attempted Startup Repair, Resetting, which did nothing.
Finally ran the HP Diagnostics and now I'm getting "Bad Memory Module"
Tried to open case and check status, but chat window never connects me to an agent. I've tried several browsers and it just disconnects the chat after waiting over 20 minutes each time.
Please assist.
