Product: HP Pavillion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently bought a pair of Sony Headphones MDR-ZX330BT. I can easily connect them to my Samsung phone via Bluetooth. However, despite several attempts I am unable to connect them to my HP Pavillion Notebook.  I have contacted SONY support via "CHAT" and PC KNOW HOW support, however neither could help me solve this problem.. Is there anyone who has had a similar problem and resolved it ?

What is your HP Pavillion Notebook ? Does it have pre-built Bluetoth ?

Hi ,

My HP Pavilliom Notebook product number is Z3D17EA hash ABU. It came with Bluetooth already loaded. I have PC support with Currys PC Know how and they told me to uninstall the driver and re-install it. But this did not make any difference.
