I need to submit a support request at https://mycrm.support.hp.com/ but am unable to do so as the site is broken. I am see this as a compulsory field

the drop does is locked and I can't type into it. I can't request support because the support page needs support! If anyone can help, please do. Thanks

I understand you're unable to submit a support request because a mandatory dropdown field on the HP support portal is locked and won't allow you to make a selection.
