I opened a case([Personal Information Removed]) with hp yesterday and since then I have been trying to call the customer care. They keep saying they will connect to the commercial department and then the call gets disconnected immediately. This happened more than 5 times now and I am fed up. The contact they gave will connect to the same guys and same repeats again. This is really frustrating.
