OMEN by HP 17-cb0262ng

I purchased a UN090PE yesterday. After receiving the orderconfirmation an invoice containing the serialnumber i tried registering the carepack.

I went to [edit] and entered the certificate ID. I was only able to receive the error message  Authorization failed. Please try again. 

 

I would appreciate assistance.

I see you need help with the new printer registration. May I know if are you referring to the HP product? If yes, Please follow the steps below.

Registration and Profiling

Each customer has an opportunity to customize his or her HP experience on the Registration and Profiling area. They can register their products, update their customized information, and/or view a listing of their registered products. The following show the available choices on the Web site.

I Am a New Visitor

  • I want to create a profile (Profile Registration)
  • Creating a User ID
  • Select a user ID that will be easy to remember. HP recommends using an e-mail address.
  • Creating a Password
  • The chosen password must be between 5 and 12 characters, and be any combination of keyboard characters.

I Am a Returning Visitor

  • I want to register products
  • I want to view my products
  • I want to update my profile
  • After the correct username and password are entered, it is possible to enter the product's serial number(s) and then see it, or them in the list that appears. The current profile can also be updated.

Thank you for your reply, i tried registering the care pack under the link you provided, alas it does not work.

 I filled in all the required information, attached the proof of purchase and press "submit", but nothing happens.
