HP Recommended

I have been trying for weeks to get some support regarding registering with MyHP Support. I tried to create a new account, and was told I'd receive a registration email. That never came. I have emailed the MyHP Support Help email for North America no less than 6 times and have yet to receive any response. I also spent over an hour on the phone with HP support being transferred between different departments and seemingly no one was able to help me. I've seen multiple posts on this forum dating back years with people having similar issues. Who is in charge of My HP Business support and who can I speak to get this issue resolved
