Product: HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock

Hi everyone

i have HP Probook 445G7 and Elitebook 630G9 laptops

Cannot use external display connected to HP Essential Dock G5 both (neither HDMI, nor DP - no signal)

Also problem with firmware update - the error is on the snapshot below

Screenshot 2025-03-14 232020.pngWindows 11 recognizes Dock in the DevMgr as USB devices and only Intel UHD graphics i can see in VideoAdapters

Probook G7 (corporate laptop) works properly in my office with another Dock Stations  (Dell, HP).

 

Mouse, Keybd and charging are operating perfectly when dock is connected,

Please Help. I suppose the issue with DP Converter part in the fimware (missed or broken)
