Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got this message today. My device was purchased in June 2019 and it will be 4 years old this year. I actually live in India but I wanted to contact customer care and ask more about the offer. Which devices would it be applicable on and whether I could avail the offer from india. So can anybody share an e-mail address for customer query or tell more about this ?

Have you tried the online chat in HP store India and ask about the offer. In the link below you could contact by phone, email or if you wait a little when you open the web page a live chat popup will appear.
